8th Street Market is located across the street from Magnolia Market and the Silos in Waco, Texas. We are the home of JDH Ironworks downtown location, M Doughnuts and Waco Tours satellite location. Our market will also host vendor events throughout the year, so be on the look out for a fun event soon!

At 8th Street Market, we believe that a market is much more than just an open shopping center. Just like the founders of our market, we want to bring communities together, and therefore we work hard to provide a venue for special occasions, unique performances and exciting showcases. Join us for a vendor fair featuring a curated collection of beautiful vendors! We will have vendors that include women's clothing, jewelry, home decor, food vendors, children's clothing and toys and more!
About 8th Street Market
8th Street Market is housed at the newly renovated Brake and Clutch building in downtown Waco. It is the future home of JDH Iron Works, featuring the work of Jimmy Don Holmes of Fixer Upper fame, M Doughnuts and Waco Tours. We will also be hosting vendor fairs at 8th Street Market throughout the year. More information on vendor fairs will be posted closer to each event.
